Solved: Help! My printer keeps printing out in color.
I have a Brother printer, fax, copy machine that is stuck in printing out in color. I have gone into Windows Start - Control Panel - Printer and Faxes - the Brother printer - Properties - Printer Preferences - and clicked on "Grayscale" as a preferences - clicked "Apply" and "OK." Then when I print something "Color" is still the default! I have done this several times and have E-mailed Brother Customer Support and am still waiting for a reply. Does anyone know how to correct this problem? Thanks in advance.

Try making the changes after you click File/Print, then click Apply if it shows up, before you click Print.
