Looking for free partition software
I recenly uninstalled Linux which left me with a huge gap in my hard drive because of the deleted partition. Does anyone know where I can find some free software to make my Windows XP partition span the entire hard drive?
Thanks in advance

Make sure you have good backups before repartitioning, especially with free partitioning utilities.

paragon

I have not used,no comment!
easeus partition manager
I download from brother soft
http://www.brothersoft.com/easeus-pa...ger-51814.html
It worked OK, but failed when i tried to merge partition. so i have to allocated the free space to another partition. Partition magic may merge two partitions which will cost you $69.95

Another option, format the partition into NTFS and use it to install games or data files. For PCs, I always partition them. Having the OS/Programs on C: Drive - and games on a D Drive, and then data on another. Makes for better defragging.
When I recently rebuilt my PC, I only re-formatted C: Drive, clean installed windows. Most of my games worked without re-installing. or a clients PC, which I have to re-install the OS - the drivers and data are on a different partition - saving lots of time.
