How do I open a computer
I have a Dell model DHM that a dark plastic skin surrounds the outer case
of the computer. It is a tower model. On the bottem of the computer it
has an arrow pointing out to a side. Does anyone know how to open this computer
without breaking the plastic or plastic clips. Any suggestions on how thing
should propely be openned?
Thank you,

Dell's website does not recognize model DMH. Is there another model number, perhaps on a label on the back?

Sounds like the valise type tower.
Lay the box on its side with the arrow on the bottom pointing up, press the two buttons on the side toward the back to unlatch it, then lift up the upper side of the computer.
Sounds complicated but it's not. Sometimes it takes much force to get the darn thing to swing up and away from you.
