Sound Not Working Right
The speakers do seem to work, but the volume is all the way up and there's not much volume coming out. This just started a few days ago, not sure why. I was getting the No Audio Mixer error message when trying to access the volume. I've updated the drivers and I no longer get that error, but it didn't seem to help the volume any. Everything seems to be hooked up correctly. Anyhow, it seems that all sounds are playing at a low volume....system sounds, music, everything. Also, I've got my computer hooked up to alternate speakers through a receiver. When I try to play something through the non-pc speakers, the sound is fine. It's just when Im using the pc speakers alone that the volumew is low when the knobs all the way up.

Volume in the audio mixer is all the way up, drivers are updated....not sure what the problem is

OK, the Direct X Sound Test worked fine. Under the device management section, I have a yellow symbol under "Standard Game Port". I tried uploading the drivers but it says I have the most current drivers installed.

Alright, now for whatever reason one computer speaker seems to be working fine, and one doesnt seem to work at all. Any ideas?
