Unhappy partition destroyer
recently i re-sized my windows primary partion from 78 to 28 gb using dreadful paragon partition manager the windows partition resised fine but my other two extended logical partitions were rendered invalid now when i try to open the drive it says the partition is not formated please someone help to recover my invaluable data [games] please help

This is bad> You are going to need a recovery program like Ontrack or Spinrite to recover your data. The most shouls still be in a good condition

Try FAT or NTFS Data Recovery Software, depending on the file system you have on the drive.

I would suggest you to try the demo versions first, which will give you first hand experience to try and see the chances of recovery.
