I keep getting a message on my HP 5510 ALL IN ONE PRINTER, FAX, THAT THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE "PRINTER CARTRIDGE" All three buttons, "print, scan, fax" are lit, when only one should be. I've tried clearing the printer, but still no luck. How can I get my printer to work again. I've tried to delete the printer program through the windows add or delete hardware and then reinstall it, but am having installation problems as well. Can you help?
