PC start by itself! Need help.
Hi! everyone,

I'm just having a bit of problem with my PC. Sometimes it will restart by itself. Any idea what mostly cause it? I can't figure out how to trace the cause. Please help me.
Loads of thanks in advance.
Anyway, my Pc specs is:

Windows Vista
1 GB Ram
250 HDD
2.4 Ghz. (processor)

startup and recovery - settings>
under the title - system failure
untick - automatically restart

now when it crashes - it willnot restart and the blue screen should stay on the screen
post the info on the screen
it will give the errorcodes and a filename, if caused by a driver.

PC Hang Up!
Hello everyone,

My pc is not starting by itself since I've done what Etaf said, but now I got another problem which is so irritaing. Sometimes it just hang up!

Sounds a lot like hardware issues. First stop is a memory test, let it run for several hours. ANY failures are a problem. Here's a couple of good memory tests.
