Unhappy Canon S750 Malfunctioning
Hey Guys,
This is my first post on this forum, and I have a problem I'm hoping will be fixed.
I have a Canon Ink Jet S750 printer, it has been installed on my system for about 5 months and has been working perfectly. Just a couple days ago a got a moderate virus, I cleaned it out, and now my system is working perfectly, but when I tried to print right after the virus was cleaned Windows gave me the following message "USB Device not recognized" and Windows said it has malfunctioned". Well I really don't know the cause of this, because the printer was working fine during the virus, and the USB ports work fine with other devices. I tried reinstalling the driver, and installing and reinstalling the printer but nothing works.
Please Help...If you need any more info, just ask, I can provide it.
