How do I take a 'screen shot' of my Bios?
Hi.I would like to show you all my Bios I think it would be easier to explain my following question(s). Is it possible to take a screen shot of the bios? or best to copy down the entries i don't know and post them here?

Regarding overclocking. I grasp the concept of changing frequency and multipliers, But before I can attempt that I want to understand which values in my bios I can change for example My Pheonix award bios has these entries
LDT UPSTREAM
LDT DOWNSTREAM
LDT/FSB
CPU/FSB
And theres more, another part has entries for CA$ RA$ LATENCY etc. its here where I refer to the original question, post a screenshots of bios (if even possible) or copy down specific entries and post.
Sorry about the oddball Question in advance. J
