Question Please help! My screen goes black!
It's my first time here so I hope there's someone who could help me with this! My machine was bought from MDG about four years ago (it's Windows XP) and I've never had a single problem until now. Each time I start the computer, the screen (it's a Benq one) will suddenly go black after about five seconds, forcing me to restart the computer. Occasionally when it does function normally, it will suddenly go black for no particular reason, or else flash on and off (with the power button actually on). On these occasions the only way I can get the screen itself to turn off is to unplug it... is this a problem with my screen? What can I do to fix this? Sorry if I haven't been very specific... I just have no idea what could be causing this! Can anyone please help?
