Comp starts then reboots before even loading BIOS. Happens every time.

I have already tried replacing components such as PSU, graphics card, RAM and heatsink

My specs are:

GIGABYTE MB GA-P35-DS3L
INTEL Core 2 Quad @ 2.4
Mushkin 2x1G PC26400
XFX 8600GT

me thinks motherboard might be bad...

you getting any sort of beeps from the motherboard?

No. All the lights turn on and fans work, but no beeps

That sounds like mismatched ram....but could be board also as you think.
