Hey There, i have recently bought a samsung yp-t10 mp3 player. when i connect it to the computer through usb it detects it as a MTP device and tries to install the hardware, but it always comes up with a message saying:

There was a problem installing this device.

i inserted the disk that came with it and it installed a media studio especially for the mp3, but still when i connect it to usb theres no effect. i have searched the internet for a driver for it and theres none around!

i used the add new hardware section in the control panel and tryed installing it manualy but also theres a error. can someone please help me. the other week i did turn off some windows services - not sure if its related to this problem is it..?
