Exclamation Graphics Drivers won't install/work
Backstory:
A few nights ago I was playing TF2 and was going pretty well, then all of a sudden, as I was sappin' a sentry my screen froze and had thick green lines up and down. Within seconds it was normal again, but it froze twice more then my computer shut itself down. Since then I have tried updating drivers for my graphics card, uninstalling and reinstalling them (new and old versions) and none of them are working now.

I formatted my computer and installed XP SP3 thinking everything would be fine with a clean slate. I was wrong.

Everytime I go to install the drivers for my graphics card, the computer black screens and resets mid way through installation and they don't install. I've posted my specs below:

Mainboard : Gigabyte NV-MCP55
Chipset : nVidia nForce 570 SLI
Processor : AMD Athlon 64 X2 4600+ @ 2400 MHz
Physical Memory : 3072 MB
Video Card : Nvidia Corp GeForce 7600 GT
Hard Disk : ST3320620AS (320 GB)
DVD-Rom Drive : HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-H10N
Operating System : Microsoft Windows XP Professional 5.01.2600 Service Pack 3
DirectX : Version 9.0c

(Also, when I restart my computer I have lines up and down my screen and even using it normal it's got a weird transparent block pattern all up and down the screen.)
