Nvdiea Geforce Tv Help
ok., so i have a Nvidea geforce 8500gt and i have a VGa cable that goes from the computer to the tv.
My problem is that cable is always plugged in and when the computer starts, it starts on the tv not on the monitor. it is on the tv until it says that login screen. Is there a way to stop that from happening, like 2 make windows boot up on the monitor?

Thank-you

is your monitor connected by a dvi connector? i had this trouble, its because the graphics card defaults to one of the screens.

so you have a dvi-to-vga to the tv and a regular DVI going to the monitor?

in that case the graphics card is going to default to the tv since its connected by a VGA/analogue connector. im afraid i dont know a fix for that, other than disconnecting the tv, and reconnecting when you need it.
