Definately try a different power supply first, if you are experiencing no fans coming on then it's probably power related. After testing a different power supply, if that is not the problem I would have to say to check your memory or if you know enough about it, you could find an extra memory stick that you know works out of a different computer and give it a shot, but you need to make sure it's the correct memory.

I'll let you all know when I can get a hold of a different power supply, but I'm convinced (for the moment anyway) that the power supply is indeed the culprit. Thanks for your help, and if I get it fixed, I'll let you know.
