c drive
is the c drive from my old computer and i wanna have it as internal dummy.

Instead of "dummy", try the word "slave".

Is this old hard drive an IDE or SATA drive?
Is it from a laptop or a desktop?
Are you sure it still works?
Does the desktop you want to connect the drive to have the correct connections for the drive (SATA, IDE, power, etc.)?
Have you ever worked inside a computer before?

When asking for help, you need to be as clear and descriptive as possible. Posting one-sentence responses is frustrating and seriously drags out troubleshooting time.

IT WORKS. THE PROBLEM IS THAT LOOP BEFORE EXECUTE WIN .
IT HAD VIRUS AND I DELETED A WINN 22 DLL BY ERROR.

So connect the drive and set the jumpers.
