For the price ($A), seems like a good deal. As far as 2ms monitors go, it's a good buy in Aus.

What is the difference from 2ms and 5ms? I've always wondered, Im guessing 5ms is better?

Its the refresh rate of the LCD (not the same as CRTs or fps), you want the LOWEST ms as possible. 2ms is currently the fastest now and replacing 5ms. But in this PC industry, they may not actually be "2ms". There isn't mich realworld differences... a year ago, 10~15ms was "good". I had a choice to buy a 5ms or newer 2ms Samsung monitor (same price) - but I went with the older model because I didn't like the looks of the newer model with its buttons hidden on the bottom.

Make sure you like the monitor. Some are better than others. Some of my clients bought ACER 24" monitors... cheap. And the display is washed out. Viewsonic does something retarded on some of their LCDs. They put the LED-BLUE power button dead center below the display - its an actual LED light and its blinding! No way to ignore it.
