Did you get any disk with that PC?

Was it store bought product line or was it built?

If you have the make and model or the Motherboard model?

What is the model number of your computer. make and model. If you search that out it will tell you what you need. You may even be able to download the drivers right off of the website.

Do you have an HP, Dell, Gateway, Compaq, etc. Then onj the back there should be a tag that says what series it is. For Example, an HP could be a DV5000 series.

You need to load the drivers for the network card . . . and likely other devices as well. Once you figure out what brand it is, you can go to the manufacturers website and download what ever drivers you need.

You can use the Unknown Device Identifier to find out what devices you have:

Go through what this says and that should take you through the steps of getting what you need.

I can't find anything for your model number. Who is the manufacturer of the system according to msinfo32?

There is everything that you will need. That should be all of the drivers you need.
