Exclamation Dimension 4700 light flickering
Today I was doing some electrical work and shut off the breaker to my office. After I was done I turned it back on the breaker and went to turn on my Dell and it wouldn't start. I'm not sure if it was on or off when I hit the breaker, but it was plugged into a surge protector thingy. I push the power button, and nothing happens, just this constant light on the front keeps flickering, like a light bulb when it doesn't have a good connection. Heres a picture.

I'm not sure whats up, I';ve had it unplugged for a few hours and still won't even try to start. Everything else plugged into the surge protector works fine (printer, desk lamp, pencil sharpener, etc) What could have happened?

Update: I've had it plugged in for a while now and the lights seem to be flashing in a patturn, pause 7 blinks than another pause. This light is green, not sure if it means anything.
