Unhappy Random laptop shut downs.....!
HELP
my laptop has started to randomly shutdown...!

No warning or alert just switched off...
I have run every virus scan that i know and there is nothing...
Could it be the temperature cos it sure does get hot!

I have noticed that the fan sems to be running for a long time to but it may be that i have only just noticed.

Please, any advice!?!!
I am trying to finish my OU degree and I have to keep on restarting my work and saving every 20 seconds!!!

If the fans seem like they run for a long time, I would check to make sure the vents are clean without any obstructions, dirt, etc. Also make sure where ever you place the laptop that you are not blocking the vents.
