hp laptop screen problems
Hi we have an HP Pavilion laptop, generally the screen is ok except for the following;
if it is set to desktop mode (trying to put the screen to full brghtness) it goes black.
If we want to use the laptop outside and we try to up the brightness/contrast to see it better when we get to about the 7th increment the screen starts to flicker and sometimes goes off. Sometimes then when we try to put it back down again and won't recover.
Any suggestions?
Many thanks
