Your link does nothing; it simply goes to the mfg's site NOT a link to the board.

Next you do not need a manual to install the board into the case. If you look at the top of this forum, there are some guides. In one of them there is a step by step procedure for installing a board into a case.

Have you looked on the board itself? The mfg's name should be on the board AND the type of chipset. If it is something like an nforce or via chipset, you can download the board driver from the chipset maker's site.

As to what cpu, the manual will be out of date anyway. Board maker's release bios updates to support new cpus.

By chance did this board come out of a big box system like a dell, hp, gateway, etc?
If so and you are attempting to install it in a standard atx type case, you will almost always have problems.

Question 26 jumpers in power panel, how to connect power and computer case connectors?
I have contact http://www.quantatw.com/Quanta/english/Default.aspx email them, but may be they don't reply to me.

And at last I still have a problem, how can I attack this motherboard to a computer case?

There are 26 jumpers in power panel.

Beside the jumpers have white blocks to show they are grouped to connectors.

Can you tell me these groups are refer to which connectors? Such as speaker, power, reset, HD, etc.

So I can test to plug computer case connectors to them.

If successed, I can test the motherboard, see if the bios cmos settings screen appear or not.

An then we can go ahead.

Please see the attach image of the power panel jumpers layout.

I need to test to motherboard use an empty computer case, then plug the power connector to the board, test blocks.

If successed, test video card, RAM.

I only have two video card, I don't know these video card supported or not.

I have a lot of RAM, but I don't these RAM work or not.

If these two video card not work, I have no way. Except buy more video card, or use integrated video card motherboard.

Finally, if all things all right, I can install the motherboard in a computer case, may be it can not install on a computer case, almost always have install problems in size different.

I have some RAM:
32 MB, 8 pieces;
64 MB, 5 pieces;
128 MB, 3 pieces.

I have only computer that checked by the manufacturer, bios fine, and has bios protection jumper, but this computer has integrated video card.

I can test all RAM in this computer, if the computer boot, the RAM is ok.

I will wear a thick gloves, very slightly install the RAM, any hits of the main board will hurt the components.

Then record the good RAM.

I have some monitors, I can test all monitors in this computer, if the boot screen appear, the monitor is ok.

Then record the good monitor.

I have two video cards, I can not test video card in this computer, it has no AGP connectors.

I will use a computer case, this computer case power fan is running, the power is fine.

I will install main board on this computer case, if the CPU fan running, install good RAM, good monitor, if the main board not work, bios is attacked, or video cards are not work.

If bios are attacked, throw the board, or take it to a computer shop.

Although I have a bios flash hardware, but I lose the bios flash hardware application.

Plug the bios out is too dangerous.
