BSOD.. HELP !! .. inportant
ok, i was fixing my computer and i got this BSOd message.

**STOP: 0x0000007E (0xc000001D,08084006E,0xFE592C68,0xFE592964)
.
i tried everything,

When i pop in the xp pro disc, it doesn't even get to load, then the BSOD pops up ..

Please if anyone can help me

any suggestions

What was going on with your computer that required fixing?

Also - make sure your actually trying to boot from the CD drive - I believe 7E is a driver error that you shouldn't be getting if booting from the CD.

it was an old computer, and i was reinsatlling windows..i installed windows on that hardrive coupl eof weeks ago, so i wanted a fresh install

Sounds like it's not looking at the CD to boot from. Do you know how to get into the BIOS to change the boot order?
