HP Pavilion needs to reimage
Need help again; I'm getting ready to reimage my HP Pavilion laptop. I have already backed up my files in an external drive and also I have the recovery disk.

What would be my first step?

PS I was trying to reinstall my Yahoo mail but didn't work. I'm so desperate that I would like to reimage just like a brand new one.
