Solved: Network Adapter not working
I use
a Compaq laptop model 754tu,
with OS:WIN Vista home premium.

The machine came with just DOS, had to install all the device drivers from the retailer. I bought a Nokia mobile and wanted it to be detected by my machine. It is a bluetooth enabled device! but inspite of all the right settings in the mobile to detect bluetooth devices, it is not detecting my machine is due to a missing device driver? I did check the device manager and found that under Network Adapter | Atheros AR5006X Wireless Network Adapter with an exclamation icon, on the properties it says "This device cannot start. (Code 10)". I uninstalled it but when I restarted my machine it automatically reinstalled with the same problem. What should I do?

Get the right driver for ATHEROS AR5006X bluetooth device, and simply install the driver. Dell offer EXE driver support, so u don`t need to update manualy the driver.
Good luck

I use a Comoaq Laptop | Still
Compaq 754 tu is what I use not "Dell".
I did try the update driver, it shows the best driver is already installed. No device driver software came with my machine. Atherox was installed automatically from the "windows update" feature. Is there anyway to know what devices are installed on my machine and install the correct drivers for them?

It worked, downloaded the exe file, installed it and the driver was correctly installed. But still my mobile Nokia 2600-c is not detecting it.
