problem copying,
Dear,
hope you can help me with my problem.
I bought a DVD writer about a year ago and its used to work fine.
But recently and suddenly I couldn't write on it or copy file to since i get a message called (Problem Copying) said that : windows encountered a problem when trying to copy this file. What do you want windows to do? and i have the option (retry or cancel). I dont know what to do with this problem.
would you please help.
thanks in advance,
Rami

Not a lot you can do except run a cleaner cartridge through it and try another cable...also check the cables plugged to it are secure.
