I/O device error, external hard disk
Terrified of losing edited videos! I have a problem accessing my external hard drive "The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error." This means I cannot copy files or anything. I experience it with both of my computers (iMac24/Windows XP and lenovo S10). Any suggestions? Thanks.
