Gaming and 4 GB of RAM
I have Windows XP 32, and have 4 GB of RAM but 32 bit only recognizes about 3 GB of this RAM, now if I were to play a game say like GTA IV, would GTA IV be able to use that extra 1 GB of RAM that XP 32 bit doesn't see?
Thanks
Ken

Nope, you'd have to get a 64 bit version of Windows to get Windows or any Windows based software to address more then the roughly 3GB of RAM you can with the 32 bit version. But I wouldn't go out and buy a 64 bit version of Windows just to get the missing 750MB of RAM back, it won't make a difference with almost any game out today.

Add to the above that vista 64bit uses more ram anyway so you would not really achieve much of a gain.

XP 64bit is not even worth considering since driver support is lacking and it is buggy at best.
