Xbox 360 Major Help

When I turn on my 360, it takes a long time for it too boot up, when it does sometimes it turns on and i can play, but sometimes it gets the RROD thing.

I tried many things that are on the support page for 360, no don;t work, also i tried unplugging everything etc..

and lastly my 360 has no warranty and before a couple months I fixed the RROD my self by changing the thermal paste etc..

please help

Still dont understand why the lead based solder is now out of the question... that thermal paste they use is so rubbish,..

Yes it did fix it for 3 months and now it turns on adn RROOD i have replaced thermal paste againa and overheated it so the thermal paste sets in .. tryed evrything still no wokr
