Question Can't turn mute button off laptop quickplay keyboard
Hi:

New to this site and forum...hope someone can help. I have an HP Pavilion dv6000 laptop. It has a QuickPlay keyboard (LED buttons) above the laptop keyboard, including a mute key (glows orange). Just added a Logitech wireless mouse and keyboard, and now can't get the mute button to go off...so, I now have no sound on the laptop! Visited Logitech help and HP help and can't find an answer. Anyone know where I should start? My computer knowledge is probably above average, but I'm no techie.

Oh yeah, OS is Vista.
