PSU is bad on your list. Get this instead: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817703015
The Asus mobo ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131329 ) is better, get that...
Core 2 Duo E7300, or Q6600. Q8200 is just an underpowered, but cool and sleak version of Q6600. Q6600 is the low-price powerful quad. I'd add an Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro to go with it, makes it run pretty cool.
OCZ RAM is fine, get that. Or then: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820145184 (free shipping, 30 $ after MIR, 4 GB)

ZT Butterfl is prett heavy in grams as well to the wallet, so without bigger OCing it won't be too fitting to one's build... As none other parts are passively cooled.

Corsair is cheaper after MIR and has free shipping, so get that. There's no real difference between those two kits.
