I hate to differ but 7600 is a better though older card than 8400. As stated ram on card means nothing to system and pci card is the poorest form of video card short of onboard so Agp would be preferred choice as suggested.

Yes This is my MOther board

http://www.asus.com/products.aspx?l1...54&modelmenu=2

Now Please tell me whether it supports PCI OR AGP or both, because it says

Adjustable FSB/DDR ratio, Fixed AGP/PCI frequencies
ASUS C.P.R.
ASUS MyLogo2
SFS (Stepless Frequency Selection) from 200MHz up to 240MHz at 1MHz increment

And Plz. recommend me name of the Graphics Card to install.

ThanX

dude,,,, like i mentioned before PCI is not the same as PCIe. PCI is an old standard and almost all modern GPUs are PCIe

Your board is an AGP one. So, you need an AGP card.

Your choice is basically limited to nvidia 5500 or a 6200.....

And please read around on the net. Check out wiki articles, learn what and AGP and PCI or PCIe means. It will really save you a lot of trouble.

I'd go with the $30 eVGA or $31 Sparkle (it has DVI) - but note than older cards like these don't support some wide-screen modes.

Also look at PCI cards for more choices. Since you're not playing games - it just doesn't matter.
