OK well I have the graphics card shown above, which has an on board audio card, and I am trying to hook my surround sound up to it for games, movies etc. I have these adapter cables that came with it that turn S-Video into HD audio and video outputs. I have hooked the adapter in and changed my settings on my computer so that the ATI HD audio is the default audio device. But the problem is I still get no sound. I have a few things that may be the problem, such as the surround sound not taking HD sound? I'm not sure if that is right or what ever but just a theory. So here it is with my specs and all help is appreciated
