Hello, I have a Cirago bta-3210 usb bluetooth radio and I had the Toshiba driver stack installed on my desktop but I would always use the windows file transfer wizard or drivers instead. Then I downgraded from SP3 to SP2 and now only the Toshiba Drivers and file transfer utility works. Whenever I try to use the windows file transfer, it just says file couldn't be sent because the connection could not be established. And when I go to the windows bluetooth device manager and go to the hardware tab, nothing shows.

Can you guys help me make the windows bluetooth drivers work again? It's really annoying and complicated to use the toshiba file transfer anyways because even if your phone is paired to you pc, you still have to put it in discovery mode and have to let the program search for the phone instead of picking it off of a list.
