CPU driver issue

I was just checking my hardware profiles when I noticed that the CPU had a little ( ! ) icon over it. The status box says:

[A driver (service) for this device has been disabled. An alternate driver may be providing this functionality. (Code 32)

Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device.]

The Troubleshoot suggests un-installing then reinstalling the hardware.
Uhh... I've never messed with a CPU before, and don't want to do anything that might cause a major problem.
