Windows Vista Home Premium
Printers:
Epson Stylus Photo R220 Inkjet
Samsung ML-1710 Laser

Both my printers topped working yesterday. Here's what I've tried so far:
1. Rebooted computer-(since BOTH printers quit, I'm thinking the Dell computer is at fault).
2. Disconnected/Reconnected Printers
3. Verifed that printers have Power.
4. When I try Cntl-P, Printer "Status" says "error", but no path to a solution.
5. Printer icon in System Tray reflects "documents pending"

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I tried the printer websites with no success. I searched Tech Guy Forums also (if I did the search correctly).

Go get the printer drivers on the manufacturers website.

Uninstall and reinstall both printers. It'll probably fix it.

Try running a system restore to 1 day before the problem occured, bear in mind this will also reset all programs installed past that date aswell, However it is completely reverable if needed.
