Buying a new computer
Hi Techguy!

I'm thinking of buying a new computer, but after a long time of not buying and living for a while abroad (Netherlands), I'm not sure which should I buy. I was thinking of a laptop so I can travel with it. but I'm looking for one that I can play some games and download my movies.

so,
anyone in the Netherlands can tell me which shop is best for computers?
which computer would you recommend? what prices should I look?

Thank you very much
Chaim

I don't work with laptops much, beside my own; but, I can tell you that if you intend to use it for gaming, I would avoid mobile-type processors, which are always designed to extend battery use and, consequently, suffer to a lesser or greater extent (depending on the specific processor) in performance.

I would consider only the most powerful desktop-type processor I could afford. Personally, I don't generally use my laptop very far from a wall plug so a high-capacity battery isn't important in my case; but, I got the largest battery anyway. It increased the weight of the unit; but, my laptop is considered a desktop substitute anyway because of its size and weight so a few ounces extra on the battery isn't a big deal.

If gaming were not an issue, I would have made a different recommendation.

I shud prefer u a desktop rather than a l,top as they aren't designed for downloading movies and playing games, but it's your choice.
One more thing buying computers from different shops will give you a difference b/w prices for quality, and genuinity i wud prefer you pc/laptop from DELL.
they wud be a bit costly but it's price is also reasonable.
