Exclamation Sansa c240 512 MB MP3 Detection Problem
I have a Sansa c240 512 MB MP3 player. In the past I was able to just plug it in and it would detect it, but recently I have come across a problem that I cant fix. When I go to device manager in My Computer, it says the following...

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

To reinstall the drivers for this device, click Reinstall Driver.

When I try to reinstall the drivers, it tells me the following...

Cannot install hardware
Sansa c240
An error occurred during installation of device. A service installation section in this INF is invalid.

I always go tho this website for windows related issues, its a database of all their errors, but all they tell me is to reinstall the drivers. http://support.microsoft.com/search/

I tried deleting the registry entries for this hardware but it didn't work either, I loaded the backup I had made just in case I changed something I wasn't supposed to after I checked if it worked but still didn't.

My current system is Windows XP SP3, if you need more information on my system or anything else related to this problem, I will gladly share anything that is useful, any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
