Internal hard drive is missing a huge amount of space...
Hello. I've recently installed a fresh copy of windows XP right after i got my new internal hard drive. It's supposed to have 320 gigs...and so far i've used roughly 7 gigs. But on C:/ it shows that the overral capacity of the hard drive is only 127 gigs, I'm missing around 200 gigs...what could be the problem?

Sounds like you need a BIOS update or configuration change to see all the disk space.
Check manufacturer's web site for BIOS updates for your computer and check to see if 48 bit LBA is enabled.

You may need to install Windows XP SP2 to see the whole drive.

Thank you for responding, and I do have Sp2 and Sp3 already installed...I'll look into the other stuff though.
