cd drive not working/ plz help

hi, recently i tried to put in a computer game in my comp and nothing pop up like it ussaly does. i went to my computer and clicked on the cd drive but it said "please insert a disk" when a disk was already in. plz help im lost

and also its not the disk all the disks i put in dont run either
