Yes, it's an issue. Generally, hard drives should run at approximately 60°C or less. On the machine I am on right now the drive is running at 31°C. Your chassis
MAY have poor front intake ventilation.

The screws that come with the unit that attach the cooler frame to the drive are terrible, but it hasn't presented a problem for me since I have several hundred screws available. You should be able to find replacement screws for a few cents at most any hardware
or electronics store.
I don't know how much space you have available, but they do take up almost as much space as a drive. If you have a large hard drive cage, then there should be no problems installing them.
Also, check you chassis and see if you have a position for mounting a chassis fan in front of the drives.
