I am helping a friend diagnose a problem with her Dell Laptop. She brought it to me with the problem of some of the keyboard keys not working(3 arrow keys and a few letters) Playing around with the laptop I discovered that this keyboard problem does not exist if I boot the computer with the power adapter plugged in. If the computer is booted w/o the power adapter plugged in then the arrow keys and letters do not work, even in the bios. Any help would be appreciated from the fellow gurus here at TSG.
