3 sata disks
i have 3 Hitachi 2.5" SATA 80GB hard disks.
one of them spin up but in BIOS don't show.
the other 2 HD even don't spin up...
question is, can i some way rescue at least first hard drive? somebody have experience with this?

It's likely a lost cause for a home user to fix. You may have luck with the drive that spins up with a live Linux CD such as Knoppix. Knoppix is a little less picky then Windows when accessing drives. The two drives that don't spin up are shot as far as your concerned. A professional data recovery company could likely recover data from it but it will be expensive.

Ok...
i will try knoppix...
but what exactly happens to HDD? why they stopped spin? can it be from impact?
i get these disk by bottle of beer...

MOre then likely the circuit board is damaged (or dead in the one's that don't show in the BIOS) or the spindle motor could also be dead.
