Solved: Which video card should I buy?
I'm having trouble choosing which graphic card to buy:

SAPPHIRE 100253HDMI Radeon HD 4650 512MB

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...ted-_-14102829

or

POWERCOLOR AX4650 512MD2-LH Radeon HD 4650 512MB

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814131151

I've read the specs and reviews for each card, but I still can't choose.

I would buy the SAPPHIRE 100253HDMI, but I noticed that it didn't have OpenGL support.

They both have OpenGL support. They're built pretty much exactly the same. I'd get the Sapphire, that company has better reputation than Powercolor. Still, there might be an even better choice out there... What are you putting these into? What for?
