win 7 bluetooth problems

ok i have a widcomm bluetooth adapter made by iogear that im trying to use on my toshiba a135-s7404 with windows 7 and i have tried the drivers on the disc ive tried the dell drivers ive tried new ones from widcomm and everything it still doesnt work,..... how do i make it work......

i do know for a fact that bluesolei 6.4.249 gets the job done for me but my trial version is out and i dont want to pay $25 for a program when my program that came with my adapter works fine on vista whats the problem???
