Exclamation Help!
i switched cases and when i put the new power supply in with the new case it started to flicker on and off, i returned the parts to the original case and now nothing will display on my screen. It will turn on like normal...no beeps or anything, also the drives wont open. Im positive all the wires are connected correctly.

Sounds like a power problem. Are you sure that your power supply is able to power your computer. It might not have enough wattage.

There is no reason your disc drives shouldn't open unless you don't have enough power or your drives are shot, because disc drives are powered directly from the power supply.
