Price for my computer?
Hi, I am planning to sell my computer as a whole and I don't know what the price range is.

My specs are...

OS : Vista Home Premium
Mainboard: Asus m2a-vm hdmi
Hdd: 80g
videocard: Nvidia 7900 GT (or GS)
cpu : AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4400+ (2.3ghz)
ram : 3gig
soundcard: SB Audigy

(no dvd rom, keyboard, mouse, monitor)

What would be a rough price ?

Selling a used PC is alot like selling a used Ford Escort, not anywhere near new price even if only slightly used.

That said, I would expect $300 - $400 to be absolute top for what you could sell it for, and closer to the $300 mark.

Thats with an optical drive of course, is there at least a CD ROM? Seeing as DVD - RW is standard anymore

thanks for the reply, umm yeah theres a cd-rom, but seeing as most software comes in a DVD format, I don't think it would be that necessary,

I would agree with $300-400 assuming you have a valid copy of Windows dvd to include with it.

A DVD ROM or RW is cheap and easy to upgrade too, so I would see it being a deal breaker for anyone looking at that PC to buy. Looks like a great budget gamer, and most younger people/ gamers are willing nd able to replace an optical drive.
