Creative Zen V Plus (4 GB)
I'm using the software included with my MP3 player (a Creative Zen V Plus) to transfer CDs to the player. I am unable to do so, as I get the message "Unable to load the database component. The program will now exit."

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software, with no success.

Any ideas on how I can fix this problem?
