I was scanning slides using Plustek pro 7200, and changed folders using the scanners form, it quit transferring them to the computer. The scanner continues to light and scan but go no where. I have unplugged, turned off and on, changed usb ports and checked the device manager with no yellow exclamation marks on any of my ports. The cable came with the scanner and is a dedicated one, so I can't try another. Help! I have to get the remaining slides scanned.
