Solved: Syntax AGP Drivers
I am trying to install a video card into a computer, but I need the proper updated AGP drivers before the card will be accepted. The OS is XP home edition and the motherboard is a Syntax K7SV266M. The computer was prebuilt in 2001 and the video card I am trying to install is a Geforce 6200. The problem is that I can't seem to find the website for Syntax and don't know where to get the necessary AGP drivers to run the card. Is there an alternative or are the drivers offered somewhere trustworthy? I already installed the AGP drivers that came with the system, but they are not recent enough to run such a new card.

You can install the latest VIA Hyperion Pro Chipset driver package from the VIA website: http://www.viaarena.com/displaydrive...D=1&CatID=1070

And the latest NVidia Geforce drivers for the 6200 is available here:http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_190.38_whql.html

Thanks. It's up and running now with the chipset drivers.
